This is a vintage kit – the plastic was quite brittle; parts of the head and wingtips needed to be rebuilt! It is a minor conversion to make it fit into Macross: the cockpit, pilot, and wheels are kitbashed from Hasegawa’s Valkyrie kit. I added tread detail to the feet/thrusters, new engine thrusters, and a arrestor hook to make it a proper NAVY bird.
