MODEL KIT(s) AND TECHNIQUES USED:
A 65-year-old built-up disassembled and the paint stripped. I wanted to accentuate the swoop of the body, so I thought of the Chezoom roof. I found a resin repop of just the roof so I guess others liked the idea. The seats are from sixties Cadillac, which my late brother had kept. The interior tub is more modern and I don’t recall source. (Maybe the recent ’62 Impala) Wide whites and chrome reverse wheels from parts box. Unknown rear roll pan and taillights from ’63 Ford Styline. Buick nailhead engine from Iceman Collections. Roll pan/tailights from parts box.Paint is clear blue over gold.
