MODEL KIT(s) AND TECHNIQUES USED:
The build is a BA Service truck from station in Huntsville Ont circa 1963. The four-wheel drive system is a Ford design from Fireball Models as are the wheels and tires. The kit chassis was reworked as was the 4-wheel drive system. The engine is the more detailed one from the AMT 1960 Ford Starliner – an easy swap for a service station. The interior has the appropriate two shift levers and 3d printed arm rests. Photo-etched door handles and window cranks along with a Mexican style blanket seat cover complete the interior. The pickup bed has various equipment and is weathered.
