U.S. Marine Corps F-4B Phantom DC-2 “Lil Deuce Coupe” of VMFA-122, Chu Lai Air Base, South Vietnam, circa 1970.
Built out of box. Major markings are painted, using custom cut masks based on the AOA decal sheet “Spooks from the Beach (2)”. The smaller markings and stencils are a mix of the kit decals and AOA’s Phantom airframe data sheet. Painted with Tamiya, MRP, Mr. Color and AK extreme metal paints. Weathered with pencils and panel liner.
