MODEL KIT(s) AND TECHNIQUES USED:
This kitbash is based on the Lightning Z Gundam. I restored Naoki’s iconic feet and panel lines while mixing parts from related Mobile Suits. Its look follows the high-mobility TR-1 Hazel Gundam, with a similar cruising concept. The colors are inspired by its successor, Zeta Plus “Hummingbird,” featuring Hajime Katoki’s iconic camouflage. Rooted in Build Fighters’ “Gunpla is freedom” spirit, this project meshes kits while staying true to Zeta Gundam. If you recognize the inspirations and smile knowingly, my goal of building this project is achieved.
