Fiat CR.32 export version. Chinese Air Force, 1937 Nanking, 3rd Group 8th squadron. No.1 plane. Flew by the squadron captain Youwei Chen 陳有維.
These Cr32s were purchased by Chinese Nationalist government in 1935, they were used to be equipped by 8th squadron. During the beginning of Sino-Japanese War, the 8th squadron was assigned by the capital city protection task 京滬守備. The best combat record was four Fiat CR.32 planes shot down 2 Mitsubishi A5M from IJN during the battle of Nanking. Sadly, most pilots from the 8th squadron sacrificed their lives during the battle of Nanking.
